Dress code to fly?

A Maryland man was kicked off an United Airlines first class flight for wearing a track suit. Do you think the airline went to far? Should there be a dress code to fly?

  • Aren't these Airlines tired of being in the lime-light, and recieving lawsuits for their ridiculous behavior..?..I remember the comedian Monique, a couple of women years back, and now this becoming a big problem on our stations..?..Either they need new management, or they need to specify on board, websites, and tickets, a new dress code policy..

  • LMAO UncleRob and swflmother!

I have to  agree with Cromagnonwoman.

Clothes do NOT make the man, or for that matter the woman either.

I am VERY comfortable in my sweats, and as long as they do not reek of a previous work out, WTF is the problem? What if the plane goes down, much easier to survive in a sweat suit than a business/dress suit. The gate person is simply one more example of a big headed AH, with a little power that thinks they can shove their personal ideals down everyone else's throat. Akin to to the door men at a lot of clubs. I hope that Mr. Alvarez sues the crappola out of United.
