  • its all worth the effort

It has been a very long year in waiting to see how this case was going to unfold.  The twists and turns were unreal to say the least !  It's all down to the actual evidence as to how its going to play out in trial.  Will Caylee get justice for having her life taken away ?

I get tired of hearing the assumptions it may have been an accident.  This family would not act this way if it was an accident.  I am sure the grandmother and grandfather would have stepped up and said so.  To late now.  The damage is done, and their credibility is nill, zip, history as far as Im concerned.  If they try to play this accident card, and if the grandparents try to change their story once again I am sure they will find themselves in a bucket of scalding hot water.  Caylee's death is not a game, and I have seen nothing more come from this family then just that.  A game of chance and luck of the draw.  Its time to end the BS, and get a move on it.  The real true victim in this is no one other then CAYLEE MARIE ANTHONY.

  • Where's Caylee's Shoes ?

Which of the most evidence is important in the case for Caylee ?  One , you start with the statements of when she was last seen, and who she was with, and who seen her.  What day, and time was she last seen ?  There is contradicting statements all through the case, and the biggest that is my concern, is what caylee was wearing, and what was found with her on suburban drive.

As you all know, each scene where a body is found can tell a story into the case. What is found, and the lack of what is found is very important.  Also, there was more duct tape found at the scene then what was connected to little Caylee.  The more you think about this very thing, the more ill the story becomes.  A family that has shown no remorse for her passing other then to scowl at people and call them liars that caylee is dead when they knew she was. Will the end justify the means ?  Well, finding out what the means were is the burden.  I don't think by other evidentiary items in the case we have to second guess the means.  But the end is not what was expected.  Or was it?  Casey did say" who will spend the rest of her life in jail if caylee is not found" ?  well, how bout if caylee is found ?  and who did she say those words too ?  dig around in the text messages.  ALso, there are plenty of pieces missing in this discovery, that we have not seen.

On this note...just listening to the lies is enough to point fingers at the entire family.  Good Luck

  • WHERE'S CAYLEE'S SHOES???

I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO KNOW THE ANSWER TO THAT QUESTION!

    WHERE IS CAYLEE'S SHOES?

Your right about this not being a game and this case has gotten interesting with important clues missing!  There is a gap here and I can't put my figure on it yet.  And now there is a play being staged about Caylee's death!  There are still questions about this case that hasn't been discovered.

  • where is Caylee's Shoes ????

That's right, and how can people write books, and put on plays, or movies, when nobody knows what the end will be? There hasn't even been a trial yet to find all the missing pieces.  Soooooooooo, I wander who has the information on the outside and who might be linked to the actual end of the story !  One knows that profit cannot be made to the accused/charged once convicted.   So who holds the actual key ?

As us sleuthers....we know where the missing keys are.....its all in the statements.  Thanks for your input !!!!

  • How bad Did the Pontiac Smell ?

Well, Did Mrs. Anthony forget how many people she told that the car smelled like a dead body ?  Her coworkers seem to have been one outlet for her to talk about such things.  When you suspect that a car your daughter has been driving smells like a decomposition, when in fact your a nurse...and you no what a dead body smells like, even a burnt body (quoted), why would you go back to work and tell your coworkers same day ?  What mother/grandparent that doesn't speak to their grand daughter for a month because your daughter won't allow you too for whatever excuse she has drummed up....goes back to work "like a normal day", and then waits to pursue other avenues, such as locate your daughters whereabouts to get answers ?

Sound like a script in play to see if it sticks ?

Oh damn ... I thought this was an important subject "Pontiac smelling" as in GM and the Govt etc etc etc ... just an Anthony thing ... sure wish there was a way to have this crap tagged.

  • its all worth the effort

I dont mean to have other bloggers think that "pontiac" is referring too the GM dilema.  However, if a murdered child is not blog worthy to some I find that those people have a shallow mind. No punt intended to anyone of the kind, although, I find it heartless  for snied remarks to those who care to see Justice be served for an innocent child (ren), and its people who think they can get away with it is the real burden of all the crimes being done against them. If people cannot come together to protect the children then what good are we as a human race ?  Protecting one child at a time, is better then not at all.

Just remember, you all were a child once.

I have a question that you might be able to answer for me. I have followed this case for awhile. Not as much as others so I do have some question that someone might be able to answer. From Day one when this in our face has anyone pleaded with the public for us to find a killer. Has there been a sketch made of the so called "Nanny". I have not seen any posting on this. If she is innocent and she did not kill her child why are we not seeing any pleads on finding a killer in the media? Can this be answered? Example: Somer Thompson from day one the mother and family pleaded with the public for help finding her child and now they are pleading to find a killer. I have not seen this with the Anthony's or did I miss that?

    My Weakness

No there was no sketch composite done by Casey Anthony.  Matter of fact she claims they never even showed her a picture to verify whether or not she could point out the right zenaida. But they showed a picture of the Zenaida with the civil suit, which is the only zenaida that was connected to Sawgrass Apts in any way., and even the family went as far to say that is not the Zenaida, because she is not a "10" as Casey claims. LOL.

As for a Plea for the alleged babysitter to return Caylee Marie ?  NOOOOOOOOO, even in jail Casey was asked what she would like to say to the media by her mother and her brother, and neither of them met that request thru the media for her.  Cuz there is no alleged babysitter by that name or any other name for that matter.  It was all in the statements that George and Cindy Anthony , aside of Casey were the only ones that they knew watched over Caylee except for Casey on ocassion mentioning "zanny" or Nanny.

  • RE: its all worth the effort

Sounds guilty to me. I know your not guilty until proven so but something doesn't add up here. I would think if one wants to prove that she is not one would make some noise on this. I would be begging for help from the public to find my daughter's killer. I would not be sitting back and waiting for a trail to determine if I where guilty or not. It makes no sense. I have a daughter in her 20's and lets say she had a child and I find out she was missing and did not report it. My daughter would be disowned. I love her to death but if you tell me that my grandchild has been missing and did not make any attempt to find her she would be disowned. I now blood is thicker than water and you suppose to stick by your bloods side but this would not go well with me. I just wish that this trail would move on and show us why we should believe her that she is not guilty. I don't understand why they don't do that now. Show us a sketch of the "Nanny". Show us and prove us wrong.

  • its all worth the effort

Exactly, but you cannot prove something that dont exist. The defense is taking what they can and finding anything they can poke holes in for their defense that the circumstancial evidence is showing, and also the evidence from the caylee scene.  Its being built on lies ...more lies..so some young mom who cared about nothing but herself can be free to go have a new bella vita and have more children.

    swflower,

Your absolutely correct about how the true reaction would be if you were innocent and sitting in jail for a crime you did not commit.  Casey will sit in that cell w/o screams because its the only safe place for her to be.  She don't have to answer questions, except for those her atty's want to know answers too.  But Im not so sure they are doing any questioning, they are trying to come up w/ the best plan to get her life in prison, and in the meantime, make a few bucks on the side.

That is the biggest part of this entire lie.  Even the grandparents are holding up the bella vita.  Casey thinks she is a celebrity because the story was held mostly about her lies.  But the true meaning of the story is about a dead child.  They all have their priorities mixed up.  They truly think they deserve all the fame and glory they are getting ! Little do they see, that they are being in the lime light because of the lies....and the truth shall prevail..and the justice will defeat them.  I think in some sense they know they will all be behind bars.  If they're not...they certainly should be.  OBstruction is a big thing, and its a max 5 yrs I believe.  So by the time casey gets to trial w/ all the hoopla of motion after motion , delay after delay..her obstruction time will be served, and her fraud conviction will be served.  So I dont see any true reason why a big trial for this is needed.  she's guilty, and she already claimed that guilt by paying back the stolen money to amy.

let us not forget that not only did they not plead for the killer but when asking casey what message she wanted relayed to the nanny, casey said, that we forgive her.  oh really!

Lets also not forget about the money.  When her father george asked her why she did it ?  her answer was" out of desperation".  Was he really talking about the money ?  As for Casey's desperation; That girl had some major issues in the desperation department.  Lie after lie, and the obvious new life she was employing of stealing, partying, getting to know "boys", and that keeping up with that big "shot girl manager" title must have been very desperate measures indeed.

  • Re: its all worth the effort

Forgiving is a way of healing... but if someone murdered my daughter and left in her in the woods for all creatures to pick at there would be no forgiving...and that would be my final answer. Now or later .. I have never seen anyone seem to calm about a child missing. When my daughter and I went on a vacation many yrs ago she was about 2-3 yrs old. And we where staying with a relative. Time got away from me when I realized that she was pretty quiet in the other room. I went to check up on her and she was not there. I freaked out . I went upstairs downstairs , outside , inside I was a mess. I went to go sit down and calm down and went to go call the police . I pulled out a chair (they where bucket chairs) and she was curled up and sleeping. The thoughts and feeling that I had where something that I will never forget. When this story came out that was what I was thinking. How can a mother of a missing child stay so calm and think about anything else. I can understand A person doing stupid things when we are young. but I don't understand that one could Party while knowing my child is missing. It just doesn't make sense at all. And now that she is being accused of the murder and continues to stay calm like nothing happened. Not even making any noise about the murder of her child. There are cases out there that are 10 yrs old or older and ppl are still making noise to find their child or child's killer. Not one time have even saw a composite of the "Nanny". Are they even looking?

  • its all worth the effort

No they arent looking.  Once they realized the Zanny story wasn't working ..they made a shift to blame others.  They were seeking the discovery to find the holes where they could push reasonable doubt that it wasn't casey and/or an accomplice.

I know the fear when you can't find your child.  I experienced the same once w/ my oldest daughter when she was about the same age.  This store had no carts, kauffmans, i was looking thru childrens clothing for her, and I turned and she was gone.  All I could think of was the Adam Walsh tradegy, and I ran straight for the doors...literally yelling her name.  I seen nothing outside, and I ran back inside to the nearest desk, and told the lady to go over the loud speaker and tell my daughter ( by name) not to move wherever she is and mommy will find you.  The people in the store heard my cry, and they all started looking.  I went right back to where she and I were, and I found her tucked into some racks of clothes giggling.  I was never so terrified in all my life !  So I can relate to your story and all other parents that have experienced this, yet some never have found their children,or some have with no happy ending.  It wasn't long after this is when they came out w/ those childrens leashes.  I never got those but I made darn sure i had a hold of my childrens hand if a shopping cart wasn't available.

This girl is beyond a nightmare, and so is her mother. IMO.
