Caylee Anthony case
Caylee Marie Anthony was first reported missing on July 15, over 30 days after she first disappeared.
Casey Anthony, mother of the missing 3-year-old toddler, says she left Caylee in the care of a babysitter, Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez. However, investigators in the case say they haven't been able to determine that this person exists.
Casey was taken into custody on July 16, charged with child neglect, making false statements and obstructing an investigation. Her bond was set at $500,200. She was bonded out by a California bounty hunter on August 21.
On Friday, August 28, she was re-arrested for uttering a forged instrument, fraudulent use of personal information and petit theft. The bounty hunter that first posted her bond rescinded his offer, making it virtually impossible for her to be released on a $503,200 bond with her additional $3,000 bond on new charges.
Orange County officers filed additional check fraud and theft charges, and say they plan to charge Casey with more economic crimes in the future.
Casey was released for a second time Friday, September 5 after an anonymous person or group fronted her bond. She was escorted out of the jail by her attorney, Jose Baez, and two bodyguards.
She was arrested for a third time Monday, September 15 on new check fraud and theft charges. Casey was released shortly after on a $1,250 bond and was again escorted out of jail by her attorney and two bodyguards.
Anthony was arrested Tuesday October 14, 2008 on charges of first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter and four counts of lying to investigators about the disappearance of her daughter.
On Wednesday October 15, 2008 Casey Anthony made her initial court appearance on charges that she murdered her missing 3-year-old daughter, Caylee. Anthony went before Judge John Jordan, who read the charges against her. Dressed in a blue jail jumpsuit, Anthony made no comment during Wednesday's 90-second hearing.
The remains of a small child were found less than half a mile away from Casey's home in Orlando on December 11, 2008. On December 19, 2009 a medical examiner determined the remains were those of missing Caylee Anthony.
On Tuesday February 10, 2009 a public memorial service was held for Caylee.
On July 7, 2009 Orange County Circuit Judge Stan Strickland canceled the planned October 2009 trial date for the State vs. Casey Anthony and scheduled a pretrial hearing for January 21, 2010, at 10:00 a.m., with plans for a trial date sometime during the summer of 2010.

In an interview today in the NY Times, President (Traitor?) Obama stated we are losing the war in Afghanistan.
Quote: President Obama declared in an interview that the United States was not winning the war in Afghanistan and opened the door to a reconciliation process in which the American military would reach out to moderate elements of the Taliban. End quote.
Guess that means he is telling the Taliban Terrorists, those who protected and supported Osama Bin Laden that they have won.
And I guess that also means he is telling the families of those fallen heroes and those currently freezing their Alphas off in the mountains there, F**k You.
Our troops must be looking for some giant tubes of K-Y Jelly right about now.
President Obama s not only now planning to appease (ie: kiss their a*s )the anti-American Taliban, but apparently Hamas & Hezbollah as well.
Damn sure didn't taken long for Obama to show his true colors now did it.
What I want to know is; what are Americans going to do about it?
I also want everyone to remember, when during his Presidential campaign that Obama TOLD us that the call to Islamic-Muslim prayer was the most beautiful sound on the planet.
Of course, one thing he conveniently forgot to mention to all his koolaid drinking worshipers, is that the beheadings, the burkas, the hand-choppings, the suicide bombing, the anti-Semitism, the hanging of homosexuals, the beating of women, the killing of American Infidels, those are the other sounds that go along with the Muslim call to Prayer.
Obama in as much told you he was a Muslim, if not in actual religion, at least in spirit. And still a crapload of Americans voted for him anyway.
Can you really be surprised that Barack Hussein Obama will sympathize with Hamas Terrorists, the Hezbollah Terrorists, the Taliban Terrorists? Not to mention the Iran Terrorists.
For those of you not old enough to remember; the Iranian Terrorists stormed our Embassy, took the American's inside hostage for 444 days under President Coward, sorry, meant Carter.
This Arab world is Obama's family. It is his background.
Hezbollah, like Hamas, continues to call for the complete annihilation of the Jewish state.
But then so does Iran, which Secretary of State Clinton has announced she will formally invite to a multilateral conference over what to do about Afghanistan.
Hell, I thought Iran had already made it's views on that issue well known. Especially given this week's London Times report that the mullahs in Iran are arming the Taliban with surface-to-air missiles.
And that is in addition to all the other assistance that Iran has been giving the Taliban all along, as I believe it was Tom Joscelyn reported on about a year ago.
But hey, everything's negotiable right? Or at least our National Security is to President Barack Hussein Obama and his liberal-socialist traitors.
But none of this is a real surprise when you realize Obama's own church and Pastor of 20 years actively supported the Hamas and Hezbollah Muslim Terrorists.
But hey, no problem, it was just one more thing the MSM media never really wanted to dig into during the campaign.
Besides all the koolaid drinkers ignored it anyway.
And before some koolaid drinker gives me some crap about President Obama is supposedly only reaching out to the moderate members if this Islamic-Fascist-Muslim-Terrorist groups, let me ask you this first;
Just which moderate members of this or any radical Islamic-Fascist-Muslim-Terrorist group is President Obama interested in appeasing?
Is it the moderate terrorists who;
Who hide women and girls as young as 4 and 5 under dark cloaks, head to toe?
Who keep women from holding jobs?
Who bomb barbershops and girl's schools?
Who believe in Shariah Law as the only worldwide law?
Who beat women in public?
Who shoot rockets into Israel killing civilians?
Who send suicide bombers into Israel killing women and children?
Who hijack airplanes and fly them into buildings killing thousands of Americans?
Who bomb American Embassies killing hundreds of people?
Who bombed the USS Cole? Oh, forgot, Obama already set that one free.
Who like to take girls as young as 5 and arrange them to be married to a Muslim?
Who stone a woman to death who had sex with someone besides her husband; and it's no excuse just because she was raped?
Who behead innocent Civilians?
Who chop the hands off of children?
Who believe that if you are NOT a Muslim, then you are an Infidel, and by Muslim Shariah Law, they have a duty to kill Infidels (meaning you, your wife, mother, father, sister, brother, son, daughter and everyone else you know?
Are THESE the Moderate Muslims President Barack Hussein Obama is looking to appease? Because that is the only ones over there.

Public defender for Casey Anth
Is Casey going to end up getting a Public Defender to represent her in the Death Penalty Case??
I think that is all that is left, since Jose Baez burned his bridges with others, including that of Terrance Lemonon, the only atty who "WAS" qualified too handle the Death Penalty Phase of the Casey Anthony case.
However, He left after having a difference of Opinion with Baez regarding how to proceed with this case..
Who was the expert qualifed in the case? It was Terrance, not Baez..But Baez still wants to run the "Show"....
I think that the Defense is going have trouble getting anyone to take this case, anyone that is Death Certified.
Unless they are a Public Defender.
If they do end up with a Public Defender, the State will tear them apart!!

Drug Tests for Unemployment YE
Fantastic idea! States are looking into the idea of required drug testing for folks on unemployment. Since a drug test is required by more and more employeers now, it would make sense to require people seeking State and federal taxpayer money, be drug free.
Now arguments of course are comming out of such a notion from some. Questions like "what if its someone with children? You would be hurting the children if you took unemployment money away.." WHAT!! Are you serious! HEY! How about maybe parents spending money otherwise on drugs and alcohol on the kids TO BEGIN WITH! I say if you are found positive on a drug screen then its time for Social Services to get onboard and investigate neglect or abuse!
This is the same ridiculous argument we here on immigration enforcement! The kids are the victims! Oh well there are prisions FILLED TO CAPACITY with lots of parents now! That poor crack dealer, murder or convicted rapeist! We can't send people out destroying everyone else's lives and children to prison.. why their kids might be impacted!
Drug screens can now be done with a simple lock of hair. Hardly embarrassing. The argument that urine testing is degrading... OK, we will just take a sample of your blood then!
Want to see drug use hit record lows? EVERYONE on ANY state or federal aid! Student loans, unemployment, WIC, foodstamps, etc.
Fact is employeers now required to pay whopping medical/healthcare policies, and insurance on employees, have every right to screen and detect. I think in order to get a highschool diploma, you should be drug free as well!
Obama Begins Unscrewing Up Bus
Well, Obama has signed the stimulus package and thus begun to undo the nightmare of W's destruction of America.
Unlike the idiot Bush plan, where the rich get paid for screwing us all and we get nothing, Obama's plan has benefits for construction, energy, healthcare and more, and will bring back jobs lost by Dumb and Dick.
HOORAY!!! We are finally on our way out of this crudhole created by the right wing nut jobs and their weener king.

VIETNAM
Like all wars, Vietnam was full of scenes of inhumanity and destruction. I am sorry if I'm bringing up uncomfortable feelings by discussing Vietnam but, as a close family member to several veterans from Vietnem, some serving multiple tours there, I have an interest in seeing that all Vietnam veterans are recognized and understood by America in general.
Many veterans suffer today because of what they did and saw in Vietnam, how we left, who's fault it was, etc, etc..... Whether you feel like we never should have gone there, or that it was a good cause, whether you feel that we gave up too soon, or that we should have left earlier, I want you all to know that I love you, I appreciate you, and that America does too.
But we have to ask the critical questions. Did we belong there? What were our objectives there? Were we the bad guys or the good guys? (Don't be offended please. Many vets feel we were the aggressors, especially in certain missions.) What did we learn from Vietnam? How can we apply those lessons to today's wars in Iraq and Afghanistan?
Vietnam has, in some ways, turned out okay. They are stable, our troops are no longer there and, amazingly, they are not hostile towards us. Our people visit Vietnam frequently. Humans have an interesting way of letting bygones be bygones. And while we didn't "conquer" Vietnam, we are no longer at war with them and relationships seem to be good. That's a win, right?
Did we really lose in Vietnam? Were our efforts really so in vain? You tell me.
