    Caylee Marie Anthony was first reported missing on July 15, over 30 days after she first disappeared.
    
    Casey Anthony, mother of the missing 3-year-old toddler, says she left Caylee in the care of a babysitter, Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez. However, investigators in the case say they haven't been able to determine that this person exists.
    
    Casey was taken into custody on July 16, charged with child neglect, making false statements and obstructing an investigation. Her bond was set at $500,200. She was bonded out by a California bounty hunter on August 21.
    
    On Friday, August 28, she was re-arrested for uttering a forged instrument, fraudulent use of personal information and petit theft. The bounty hunter that first posted her bond rescinded his offer, making it virtually impossible for her to be released on a $503,200 bond with her additional $3,000 bond on new charges.
    
    Orange County officers filed additional check fraud and theft charges, and say they plan to charge Casey with more economic crimes in the future.
    
    Casey was released for a second time Friday, September 5 after an anonymous person or group fronted her bond. She was escorted out of the jail by her attorney, Jose Baez, and two bodyguards.
    
    She was arrested for a third time Monday, September 15 on new check fraud and theft charges. Casey was released shortly after on a $1,250 bond and was again escorted out of jail by her attorney and two bodyguards.

    Anthony was arrested Tuesday October 14, 2008 on charges of first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter and four counts of lying to investigators about the disappearance of her daughter.
    
    On Wednesday October 15, 2008 Casey Anthony made her initial court appearance on charges that she murdered her missing 3-year-old daughter, Caylee. Anthony went before Judge John Jordan, who read the charges against her. Dressed in a blue jail jumpsuit, Anthony made no comment during Wednesday's 90-second hearing.

    The remains of a small child were found less than half a mile away from Casey's home in Orlando on December 11, 2008. On December 19, 2009 a medical examiner determined the remains were those of missing Caylee Anthony.

    On Tuesday February 10, 2009 a public memorial service was held for Caylee.

    On July 7, 2009 Orange County Circuit Judge Stan Strickland canceled the planned October 2009 trial date for the State vs. Casey Anthony and scheduled a pretrial hearing for January 21, 2010, at 10:00 a.m., with plans for a trial date sometime during the summer of 2010.

    My name is George C. Joseph. I am the sole owner of Sunshine Dodge-Isuzu, a family owned and operated business in Melbourne, Florida. My family bought and paid for this automobile franchise 35 years ago in 1974. I am the second generation to manage this business.

     

    We currently employ 50+ people and before the economic slowdown we employed over 70 local people. We are active in the community and the local chamber of commerce. We deal with several dozen local vendors on a day to day basis and many more during a month. All depend on our business for part of their livelihood. We are financially strong with great respect in the market place and community. We have strong local presence and stability.

     

    I work every day the store is open, nine to ten hours a day. I know most of our customers and all our employees. Sunshine Dodge is my life.

     

    On Thursday, May 14, 2009 I was notified that my Dodge franchise, that we purchased, will be taken away from my family on June 9, 2009 without compensation and given to another dealer at no cost to them. My new vehicle inventory consists of 125 vehicles with a financed balance of 3 million dollars. This inventory becomes impossible to sell with no factory incentives beyond June 9, 2009. Without the Dodge franchise we can no longer sell a new Dodge as "new," nor will we be able to do any warranty service work. Additionally, my Dodge parts inventory, (approximately $300,000.) is virtually worthless without the ability to perform warranty service. There is no offer from Chrysler to buy back the vehicles or parts inventory.

     

    Our facility was recently totally renovated at Chrysler's insistence, incurring a multi-million dollar debt in the form of a mortgage at Sun Trust Bank.

     

    HOW IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CAN THIS HAPPEN?

     

    THIS IS A PRIVATE BUSINESS NOT A GOVERNMENT ENTITY

     

    This is beyond imagination! My business is being stolen from me through NO FAULT OF OUR OWN. We did NOTHING wrong.

     

    This atrocity will most likely force my family into bankruptcy. This will also cause our 50+ employees to be unemployed. How will they provide for their families? This is a total economic disaster.

     

    HOW CAN THIS HAPPEN IN A FREE MARKET ECONOMY IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA?

• "My Dumb-Beotch Girlfriend" ~

    In the police report, Ronald Cummings is quoted saying "My Dumb "Beotch" Girlfriend told him his daughter was missing." ( The report can be viewed at the end of this post.) It is certainly understandable that Ronald Cummings had every reason to be upset and angry the night Haleigh disappeared, but the wording and name-calling he uses is suspect of demeaning a person. It can be interpreted that Ronald Cummings has an anger problem and may be controlling. That's putting it mildly, IMO. As this case develops, we continue to see behaviors and hear statements indicative of domestic violence, drug abuse, low self-esteem, sexual abuse, and a host of other issues.

    I will be adding to this blog and expanding the scope of this post. The focus will mainly look at the dynamics of the family relationships, following a review of relative events, rather than the day-to-day details of the search.

    Since the start of this post, weeks have passed and we've seen behaviors, heard of past incidents, and found there's much we don't know.

    History

    Crystal Sheffield and Ron Cummings were never married. They have two children from their relationship. By Crystal's report, she left Ron and took the children with her. She did not deny Ronald visitation, and when he got the chance, Ron did not return the children following a visit. Ron filed for custody, and subsequently, he was granted custody. Crystal was given every other weekend visits. Ron cited, in his petition for custody, that Crystal missed doctor appointments, did not have a job, and was abusing drugs. The fact is, Crystal did not have a job, had been using drugs, did not have a vehicle, nor a driver's license. At the time of the custody hearing, it must have appeared to the judge that Ronald was the more stable of the two. Our lives are always changing and I am certain Ronald and Crystal are no different. Over time, Crystal claims her life has changed, as well as Ron's situation.

    Crystal Cummings

    Crystal now has an attorney originally hired to handle media issues. Since taking on the job, attorney Kim Picazio learned through friends, family, and neighbors of alledged verbal and physical abuse towards the children by Ronald. Crystal Sheffield and her attorney, Kim Picazio, also report physical, emotional, and verbal abuse towared Crystal while living with Ron Cummings, which Ron denies. I do think Crystal has "stretched" the truth on a few facts, but I do not doubt the abuse she endured.

    One example of my opinion on Crystal's truthful accounting is Haleigh supposed "drowning". If Haleigh were face down in the water, as Crystal described, and not breathing, she would have had to revive the child. I am struggling with the fact that Crystal has the knowledge to revive a child who's drowned. Even if she did "revive" Haleigh, the child was not taken to the ER for medical treatment. Anyone who's enhaled water into their lungs needs medical treatment. Haleigh may have been in the water, and possibly struggling, but I do not believe she "drowned."

    I suspect Crystal found Haleigh down by the water and possibly in the water. For fear of Ron learning she let Haleigh out of her sight when picking up the children for a weekend visit, Crystal fabricated an extended version of the events. Why? People/women tend to deflect the focus off of their "mistakes" when in fear of an irrational response. Crystal not paying attention to Haleigh while tending to her son in the car would bring on Ron's wrath.

    Ronald Cummings

    Ronald Cummings has a history of drug use and criminal charges. Those charges include possession of cocaine and marijuana, in amounts that exceed personal use. He's been charged with maintaining a drug vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia. Additonally, he's been charged with shooting a firearm at deer at night on 2 occasions, leaving scene of accident with injuries 2 occasions, and tresspassing. There is also domestic violence listed on Crystal's court history, but the perpetrator was not clear.

    Of the drugs in Ronald Cummings possession, GHB was listed. This, as most know, is the date rape drug. Ronald entered a plea of not guilty and was assigned a public defender as he was deemed indigent. He was also determined to be eligible for court intervention of a drug program which he declined. Although the charges could have brought Ron a maximum sentence of 5 years and/or $5K, he actually received a fine of $370. These charges were in 2005. So far, I've found that Ronald Cummings has been fined, been under 24 hour house arrest, given community service, and court ordered drug testing, but he's not served time in jail, that I could find. Does Ronald's mother's position as dispatcher have anything to do with the light consequences of Ronald's charges?

    There was a court hearing scheduled for February 10th at 8:30 regarding custodial issues. It's been reported that Haleigh missed an extended number of days from school, unexcused. Ron told Crystal that if Haleigh missed another day of school, he would go to jail. Ron attributed these absences to illness.

    Why do I suspect Ron has an uncontrollable temper? When Geraldo confronted Ron on national tv with the accusations by Crystal, Ron appeared calm and responded with denial. Looking and listening closer, Ron can be heard with a stressed voice and deliberate wording in his response to ever hitting or striking his child. He stated that he punished Haleigh as directed by DFCS on the proper manner of punishment by spanking her on the behind. It sounded to me as if he was quoting a social worker word-for-word. IMO, he had that response remembered, ready, and deliberate. There was an underlying glimpse of anger in his wording.

    Ron seemingly remained calm while his mother continuously talked in the background, demanding that Geraldo leave. Ron's father stepped into the front of the camera and demanded they leave. Ron didn't have to do anything. His family took care of it for him. They gathered around him and protected him. Ok, so, he's at a vulnerable state with Haleigh missing. IMO, Ron did not look vulnerable when speaking to Geraldo. He looked very much in control; too much control. Ron seemed very comfortable with his family stepping in and putting a stop to the confrontation. Is this a pattern for this family? They put a stop to the interaction before Ron's behavior got out of control.

    This family knows the signs of when Ron is going to explode. I heard that stress in his voice, and shortly after, his father steps in. This is typical in an abusive family. They know the signals and triggers, and will change the atmosphere, subject, or situation in order to avoid an eruption from the abuser.

    Misty Croslin Cummings

    On February 15th, we learned through Crystal Sheffield and her mother, Marie Griffis, that Misty is a victim of sexual abuse. Misty admited to Crystal of being sexually abused by a "first cousin when she was 13 years old." Misty told Geraldo's brother, Craig, this also, in addition to stating this cousin visited family in the community. His name is Joe Overstreet. According to Misty, Joe was in the home during his visits and left Satsuma on February 10th. This was also confirmed by Misty's mother, Lisa Croslin. This cousin, Joe, lives in Tennessee and is a registered sex offender. Misty conveyed all of this information to the Putnam County Sheriff's office following her disclosure to Craig (Geraldo). ( Information derived from the Geraldo Show through interviews )As far as we know there are no suspects. Misty claims to be cooperating with LE, as well as Ron. LE keeps going back to Misty with more questions and at last count, she'd taken at least 3 polygraphs, and possibly four. Misty claims she has passed the polys everytime. Putnam County LE has not confirmed this.

    Captain Dick Schauland confirmed on March 13th that investigators do have concerns about the timeline Misty has provided

     

     

    . Captain Schauland stated that no one has been ruled out as a suspect. He went on to state that he would "not consider Misty as a suspect, but she is key" to the investigation. In regards to Misty's claim she passed the polygraph, Captain Schauland stated typically people are not told "whether they pass or didn't pass." The polygraph is not a pass/fail examination. Each question is rated on it's on merit as either deception or inconclusive on question 1, 2, or 3.

    "I was dispatched to 202 Green Drive, in reference to this report of a missing 5 year old child. Due to the age of the child I responded to this location code 3, blue lights and sirens. D/S Bridges and I arrived on the scene at the same, 3:40. Upon our arrival I observed a white male standing in the driveway who was visibly upset. I made contact with the individual who identified himself as Ronald Cummings. Ronald told me that his daughter, Haleigh Cummings, age 5, was missing.

    I asked Ronald what happened, and he told me that he just got from work, and his, 'dumb (beotch) girlfriend' told him his daughter was missing. Ronald said that he did not know what Haleigh was wearing and that all he knew was the back door was standing open. Ronald repeatedly said that someone had taken his child and also said, 'when I find him, I'll kill him.' Ron referred to a 9 mm Hand gun which he owned inside of his residence and said that if law enforcement found whoever had his child he would shoot them through the back window of the patrol car. I attempted to get information from Ronald regarding Haleigh however, due to his emotional state he was unable to provide any useful information."

    The Bald Truth has learned that a convicted Palatka, Florida drug dealer who was arrested again Tuesday night on drug trafficking charges claimed to be using his street sources to help find clues into what happened to missing five year old Haleigh Cummings.

    That’s what thirty seven year old Jerome Raymond Williams told me last week in an exclusive interview after discovering two women he’d recently helped bail out of jail had ties to Haleigh Cummings’ family he figured he might be able to exploit in an attempt to cut himself a better deal with upcoming drug charges.

    Indeed, Williams told The Bald Truth before his latest arrest he was exploring options with the hard-working missing child task force that hoped the career criminal might be the break they’d been waiting for.

    “We thought we had something special with Williams,” confided one law enforcement source who spoke on condition of anonymity, explaining how investigators often have to tap dance with the devil to solve unsolved mysteries like Haleigh Cummings.

    Unfortunately, said the source, the drug dealer turned out to be a bust–a ‘VERY dead link to the case.” Out of some 4,000 leads police have chased, so many seemed promising, only to lead to another dead end.

    There was cousin Joe in Tennessee who Misty Croslin’s family fingered as their favorite suspect – only police couldn’t tie him to the crime….A so called Haleigh sighting by a government scientist at a beauty parlor outside Nashville: a woman with a tan wearing flip flops and blue jean cutoffs in winter and a little girl the witness swore to be the missing five year old, another bust…a Chad Griffis ’”ex” whose family believed might have had it in for Crystal Sheffield for stealing her man and raising her kids…”We thought that was hot, too,” an investigator told me, “but it’s not on the radar anymore.”

    It keeps coming back to the missing hours Misty Cummings can’t account for on the night Haleigh vanished, and a timeline investigators tell me they are still trying to corraborate. Then along comes Williams.

    Williams and 30 year old Courtney Renee Leonard were taken into custody Tuesday night after undercover drug officers suckered the ex-con into trading prescription painkillers for what they dangled as stolen TVs, radios and a radar detector, according to the Putnam County Sheriff. .

    According to a roommate who shared a triplex with Williams behind the Huddle House in Palatka, he offered a stranger four Loritabs for electronics gear. Drug officers from Putnam and St. John’s Counties, and the Palatka, PD, had been watching Williams, who arranged to meet the undercover officer in a parking lot.

    According to police, both Williams and Leonard drove up, and after a little horse-trading, she offered to buy one TV for cash; while Jerome clinched a deal to trade Loritabs for electronics. Afterwards, police found illegal and prescription drugs in Williams’ car, including crack and powder cocaine, and an assortment of pills—Hydrocodone, Oxycodone, Diazepam, Cyclobenzapine and Clonazepam.

    Williams was charged with two counts of drug trafficking and cocaine possession with intent to sell, possession of a schedule II controlled substance with the intent to sell, possession of a schedule IV substance with the intent to sell, possession of a legend drug without a prescription, possession of a legend drug with the intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a drug conveyance and dealing in stolen property, according to the sheriff..

    Officers also served two outstanding warrants for trafficking in Hydrocodone and two counts for selling cocaine. Williams was booked into the Putnam County jail, where Chuck’s Bail Bonds sprung him earlier this month, and had helped arrange bond for Christina Prevatt, aka Nay Nay, and Amber Brooks, Ronald Cummings ex girlfriend and mother of his son, Jordan, after Cobra first rounded them up and bailed them out. Cobra, the nickname adopted by private eye and surety agent William Staubs, had this idea he’d use the girls to cruise the crack dens and try to shake up and shake loose tips from the same crowd they’d partied with the last weekend before Haleigh went missing—when Nay Nay was driving Misty Cummings on her revenge romance in the arms of “White Boy” Greg Page after a dust up with Ronald.

    At one party, Nay Nay says Misty nearly came to blows with Amber Brooks, after needling her on My Space about stealing her man, and how she aimed to get her baby, too, a disabled boy named Jordan whose paternity she confirmed when Jerome handed her the phone.

    “Yep, Ronald’s name is on the birth certificate,” she told me last week after bonding out courtesy of Chuck’s Bail Bonds.

    Charles Durwood Ingram, 49, a former Palatka police officer… is the Chuck behind Chuck’s Bail Bonds, a registered sex offender who plead guilty to lewd and lascivious assault on a child in 2002. After he was sentenced to four years in prison and 11 years probation, he served two years, and began registering as a sex offender, which by statute, barred from the bail bond business. Records show he transferred title to his wife, but when I dropped by the office in a strip mall the other day, there he was, gaunt and goateed, sitting behind a desk; locals say he can be seen riding around town with his wife when she drops off bonds at the jail to spring steady clients like Jerome Williams.

    “Chuck takes care of me,” says Jerome of the former bondsman who declined comment. Asked about his status as a convicted sexual predator, Jerome told me that “Chuck says he was set up and framed.”

    “If you were set up, why would you plead guilty to go to prison and go on the books as a sexual predator?” asks Putnam County Sheriff’s spokesman Lt. Johnny Greenwood, who investigated the case and interviewed the victim. “I just presented my facts and statements. He took the deal. If it was me and I didn’t do something, I’m gonna fight it for sure.”

    But with no bond imposed for his new trafficking charges, Chuck’s long-time client was out of luck this time, and The Bald Truth has learned Jerome was transferred Wednesday to a secure facility in St. John’s County.

    “He asked to be moved,” says Lt. Greenwood. “There were a lot of guys in jail in Putnam County he’d had dealings with in the past he might be facing as a co defendants in the future. He expressed his concerns (to the jail) that, ‘Hey, these guys know me.” So he was moved for security reasons.”

    His co-defendant, Courtney Leonard, remained in Putnam jail, charged with dealing in stolen property; her bond has been set at $2,504.00

    Jerome’s phone went to voice mail when I tried him today. Last week, he sure was sounding upbeat. He’d buried the hatchet with Cobra, after the self-proclaimed “hillbilly” went toe to toe with the drug dealer and alleged pimp for taking Amber and Nay Nay under wing after they were bailed out.

    At first baffled over how he was suddenly in everybody’s crosshairs, on the one hand he told me he was worried locals would think him a snitch, yet he was boasting to another Palatka bail bondsman that he was a bankrobber who took “federal money,” and a “drug dealer like my Daddy.”

    ‘That’s what he said in our office when they were trying to get one of the girls’ bonds transferred from Cobra to him, “ recalls A-1 Bail Bonds owner Donna Jaquith. “He was yelling and screaming and acting like an asshole.”

    Last month, Amber was booked into the county slammer on a Friday night, on the same cocaine and failure to appear charges that landed her there originally.

    Only that time, it wasn’t “Cobra” Staubs who bailed her out (within the hour), but Chuck’s Bail Bonds, the same local outfit that put Misty party pal Prevatt, 18, aka, Nay Nay, back on the streets after jail docs took her of suicide watch.

    That release, while legally kosher, irked investigators with the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department who tell me they’d hoped she’d detox for a few days in jail and clear her head enough to remember something useful to their investigation into the missing five year old.

    It was Prevatt who told The Bald Truth she drove Misty (then Croslin) on a three day binge of parties, drugs, and sex, the weekend before Haleigh turned up missing. After they were arrested together earlier this month, it was Cobra who bonded them out for Donna Jaquith’s A-1 Bail Bonds, a Chuck rival, to cruise the drug netherworld of Putnam County in search of tipsters who might know something, anything.

    Then Nay Nay tried to snatch her 9 month old from the child’s father and sent a suicide threat text message to Kim Picazio, the family law attorney for Crystal Sheffield who has been trying to encourage Prevatt to go into rehab. “She actually called to ask if we could pick her up from a drug house the other night, that she didn’t want to be around it, or do it,” Picazio tells me.

    Then she was back with Williams, who, according to Picazio, took the girls clothes when they were staying with him so they couldn’t run away. When I got Jerome on his cell phone two weeks ago, he confirmed Amber Brooks had been was staying with him, too.

    According to Picazio, he’s been furious at Cobra for cruising through the ‘hood and driving customers away, and Staubs tells me that before their detete, he was interrogating a witness in a cheap motel when Jerome pounded on the door and demanded Cobra stay away, or else, then began threatening his witness.

    Moments later, Staubs was detailing that encounter for detectives, when 911 calls came from the motel.

    Then, Amber Brooks turned herself into the Jail; Chuck’s bailed her out; she moved into Jerome’s studio with Christina Prevatt, aka Nay Nay, and the convicted felon realized he might have two golden girls who could come in handy as part of a radical makeover he was considering after warming to attorney Kim Picazio who describes feeling out of place as she hopped out of her green Hummer in an Eli Tahari suit and high heels and sat in the tiny apartment with Williams, the girls and three beds. “I was polite and just treated him like a human being, and he was all ears,” she tells me. In fact, he actually considered allowing Nay Nay to go into rehab, says Picazio, and seemed hopeful about a fresh start.

    “I’m gonna do what I can to find that missing little girl,” Williams told me in a late night call last week after starting to understand how might benefit from ties to Misty Cummings galpal “Nay Nay” and Amber Brooks.

    Sources tell me Williams recently met with Putnam County sheriff’s investigators, who, after three months of dead ends, were ready to entertain how the drug dealer might help them. After all, there was an immunity offer on the table for anyone, even a dealer with a past, if he could help bring Haleigh home.

    No specifics were ever discussed, sources tell me, but Williams implied he might know drug dealers who knew Misty. Only his wheeling and alleged dealing apparently rocked on, and the triplex where he was staying behind the Huddle House in Palatka hit vice cops radar.

    On one visit, Picazio tells me she met a Williams friend named Daniel Bass, 47, a registered sex offender who called himself the landlord. Picazio says she warned him he might need to evict a needy family with young children in the complex, if children of a certain age nearby violated terms of his sex offender status.

    Then came Tuesday night’s bust. “Nay Nay” was not arrested. Picazio who has been checking up on her between representing Crystal Sheffield in her bitter custody dispute with Ronald Cummings, and pressing her case with Florida’s Department of Family and Children, got her on the phone.

    “She told me, ‘Kim, I didn’t have anything on me,’” says Picazio, who has been urging Prevatt to seek drug rehab and lobbying Jerome to let her go if she wants help. Police tell me they’d wanted Nay Nay in jail to “dry out” and get her head clear enough to remember anything she might have forgotten in previous interviews about Misty Cummings.

    Investigators have interviewed Misty at least 10 times—and tell me they are still trying to reconcile “inconsistencies” in her stories, and plug timelines in others.

    Meanwhile, her husband, Ronald, has been asked to return for another police interview with his attorney, Greg Kimball, “to clear up a few things, minor stuff,” a task force member tells me. But that pow-wow has yet to occur.

    My sources also maintain police still do not believe it’s a stranger abduction, more likely someone “in the loop” of Haleigh’s family and friends whose name may have not yet surfaced. “We’ve got to keep an open door and an open mind,” says a source close to the case.

    Documents released by the State Attorney’s Office Wednesday showed investigators had a particular interest in the relationship between Casey and her mother, Cindy.

    Allegedly, the counselor advised Cindy to kick Casey out of the house.

    Cindy also allegedly told family members that she was considering filing for full custody of Caylee.

    Meanwhile, documents showed Jesse Grund, Casey's ex-fiancé, told Sheriff’s investigators Casey and Cindy got into a huge altercation the night before Caylee was last seen alive.

    "It got into a very heated argument, which turned physical and Cindy started choking Casey," Grund said. He said he was told this by Lee Anthony, Casey's brother.

    Geraldo Rivera’s show on May 31, 2009 featured attorneys for Casey Anthony. Linda Kinney-Baden, in New York, and Jose Baez, from Florida, answered questions and discussed the latest motion filed by Baez regarding the video of Casey Anthony in the medical unit at the Orange County Jail on December 10, 2008 when the remains of a child were found near her home.

    Geraldo started out stating “Prosecutors have become twisted in their relentless pursuit of her life.” He went on to say he believed this is an “unprecedented move for a case of this sort.” Stating that he thought “Casey is most probably responsible for her daughter’s death,” Geraldo said the State is using every “dirty trick in the book,” including “manipulating witnesses.” He further stated the prosecutors are “leaking damning videotape and every deposition they can get their hands on.” This was his lead into the real issue of this segment with Anthony’s attorneys; the filming of Ms. Anthony’s reactions. Geraldo said Casey was maneuvered into the medical wing of the jail so “they could videotape her reaction to finding remains.”

    Geraldo questioned Baez on his opinion as to whether he believed he will be successful in keeping this video from being released. Jose Baez stated he is using the “mode to keep video sealed” via a “suppression motion.” He went on to state that he “was at the jail trying to see Casey and was prevented from seeing her while they conducted this sham job.” Geraldo interjected with, “They denied her her right to counsel.” Geraldo stated he spoke with Baez the morning the remains were found and after Baez visited Casey that day.

    Baez told Geraldo he was told he could not see Casey “until she was taken to medical and cleared.” Baez stated that he waited a lengthy period of time before he was allowed to visit his client while she was in medical. He said, “She thought she was being taken for medical treatment.” Geraldo’s comment was, “It seems so cheap with them releasing interviews.”

    Geraldo then turned to Linda Kinney-Baden for her views on where the defense stands on the issue of the videotape. Ms. Baden stated that, “interviews were accidentially released” which “taints jury pool.” Ms. Baden further stated that as per media reports, “she (Casey) has no privacy rights.” Baden was emphatic in stating it’s untrue that inmates have no privacy rights. She seemed angered about the fact that while taping, someone “zoomed in on her (Casey) face while talking with her attorney and presented that as evidence that they were going to set out to the public.” Baden called this “outrageous.”

    Geraldo’s legal analyst stated Casey’s contact with her attorney is “protective communications” and it’s “unethical” to tape. Her opinion was this “calls into question about the evidence in the case,” and the “Prosecutor must abide by the Constitution and uphold a person’s rights.”

    Geraldo asked Baez to give his thoughts on the state charging Casey Anthony with Capital Murder. Baez stated he “does not think this is a death penalty case,” but “they (the prosecution) are aggressive with their public relations prosecution.” Due to the State’s tactics on this case, Jose Baez said they are, “mounting a strong defense and fight for her life.” Geraldo ended this segment with, “they are treating her as a serial murderer. I think it’s appalling.”

    Back in August/September of 2008, when we learned of Casey's photobucket accounts, I downloaded images and photos of hers.  I saved them on a disk.  I have 85% of the images released 5 March 2009 in the documents from the State of Florida.

    These images are the actual images from her account and not black & white copies from the online websites.

    I went to photobucket and tried to look up some of her images and icons to see what categories they were in.  I only found two of the original images, but I did find some similar ones in public photobucket accounts.

    Some of these images are related to rock bands, such as the Foo Fighters, Clint TOOL, Drum & Bass, Graffiti SOUL, Marilyn Mansion, Radiohead, and I believe, SilverChair.  She has the image, "Music Is my Life," and I do believe of the many facets of Casey's life, music was all important, as well as her social and personal life.  She was interested, as we all know, in finding a solid relationship and somewhere to live.  She enjoyed the music and nightlife of Fusians, of which she has several images of their Friday night ads.

    Casey also liked tattoos. Nothing new here.  She had three of her own and collected many icons for possible tattoos.  The "swallow" and "zombie behatch" are two examples, I believe, of tattoo icons.  Casey had many, many more icons in her Photobucket account; hundreds.  She did have the one of her last tattoo, "La Vita Bella." I wish I'd kept the entire account.  There were tons of just images and icons; over a thousand.

    Of course, in her Photobucket account most of the pictures were of her partying and of Caylee.  She deleted/dumped most of Caylee's photos, it's been reported, sometime after June 16, 2008.  There were still many photos of her party nights.

    Casey also collected "sayings," such as the one "I'd Like to Say Something Nice, But I Don't Know How."  She had hundreds of sayings.  I do not remember what they said, but recall many were about life.

    She also liked icons, such as the "Apple of Death," the "Modest Mouse," and "Drama Masks."  If I ever find my disk with more of these icons, I will post them.  Those three icons have a hint of morbidity to them.  They could represent what was going on in her life.  These images released by the State were ones downloaded from June forward.  I don't recall all of the images in her Photobucket being this morbid.

    The State Prosecutor selected images which reveal a lifestyle and story to fit their case against her.  Can't say that I blame them; just wish they'd released all of the images, photos, and icons she uploaded and downloaded into her Photobucket from June forward.  Would be good to compare them all and not just a select few.  But this case is about her life up to and after Caylee's death.  I'd like to know more of her life leading up to this time period.

    As I scanned through tons of images on Photobucket, looking for similar images, I got the feeling the skulls were related to a couple of music groups.  The "Apple of Death" and kissing skeletons, I don't believe, are related to music groups.  I think in her search for related items, she came across them and copied them to her account.  I do that myself, often.  I see something that catches my eye, I'll copy it to my account.  Now this suggests either Casey was interested in various group music icons or her interest in skulls have a different meaning; a direction which, I think, the Prosecutor will take.

    Casey, it seemed, was also looking for another tattoo icon.  She seemed to collect them.  As I recall, there were just as many tattoo icons as there were sayings and other images.

    Finally, there are the children images.  Casey had many images of children or child-like artwork.  I didn't get the impression these were related to Caylee, at all.  It seemed to me these images and artworks were all about Casey.  These images spoke of how she felt and thought.  Why choose children images to express her feelings?  I think, in many ways, Casey was/is immature and acted very child-like.  Her thinking resorted back to a child's manner of processing and behaving at times.  This can sometimes come from a tramatic event in a person's life or a life-long series of trauma.  It can also be attributed to her personality traits of a sociopath.

    The "Win Her Over With Chloroform" poster image was in her account, which LE believes she got from Ricardo Morales.  I cannot explain this one.  It is totally out of sinc with her other sayings, images, photos, and icons.  I do not recall anything in her photobucket, other than that one poster image, related to chloroform or any type of behavior related to this.  That one image, IMO, is the most telling piece from her Photobucket.

    I also uploaded an image I found while browsing the images at Photobucket.  Immediately when I saw it, I thought of the description of Jose Baez and Casey doing the "Lady and The Tramp" scene from the movie...chewing on a twizzler.  You'll see it when you look at my photos.  I've labeld it, "Lady & The Tramp."  Now, Casey is no lady and by many standards, could fit the other half of the title.  So, which one is Baez?  I'll leave that for you to decide.

    Bruce Rossmeyer was the owner of a number of Harley Davidson stores, one of the nation's largest Harley Dealers, and brought us Destination Daytona which is also know as Biker Town!  Bruce was on his way to Sturgis for their annual Biker Rally which starts the second week of August!  In Wyoming, it is said he was passing a RV when the driver changed lanes right on to Bruce killing him!  I'm sure all his friends and acquaintances will be honoring him at Sturgis because BRUCE IS THE MAN ~ THE HARLEY MAN!

    Bruce is/was a great and big hearted man that Lived to Ride ~ Road To Live and very charitable & supportive kind of person!  This man will be missed greatly and you will probably see hundreds of bikers ride for this man too!  It may even be one of the biggest biker tail ride for the history books!  We honor a true American and honorable man!
