    CAPE CORAL, Fla -- A local post office employee is off the job and under arrest. Investigators say she's been going through people's mail and stealing gift cards.
    
    The postal inspector's office has charged the letter carrier with mail theft. At this point they are refusing to tell us the suspect's name or which Cape Coral post office she worked at.
    
    "Anyone who still puts money in an envelope is probably taking a chance," said postal customer Steven Berkowitz. "But a gift card, I find that crazy."
    
    Postal inspectors say they found several gift cards when they arrested this woman. They are now trying to determine how to send the cards back to their rightful owners.
    
    The US Postal Service says it has suspended the letter carrier without pay while it investigates what happened.

    Just thought I would share this email that I received this a.m.  It appears that the dems are going on a attack against Palin and need money.  I felt this is a direct attack plan against Palin...do you?  Why are they so worried about her interviews?  Or her period if they have nothing to hide.

     

    Right now, Sarah Palin is on a highly publicized, nationwide book tour, attacking President Obama and his plan for health reform at every turn.
    
    It's dangerous. Remember, this is the person who coined the term "Death Panels" -- and opened the flood gates for months of false attacks by special interests and partisan extremists.
    
    Whatever lie comes next will be widely covered by the media, then constantly echoed by right-wing attack groups and others who are trying to defeat reform.
    
    As we approach the final sprint on health reform, we can't afford more deception and delay. We need to be ready for anything -- and have the resources to respond with ads, events, and calls to Congress when the attacks come.

    Palin has many more interviews scheduled on Hannity and other conservative shows in the next few weeks, with more platforms to go after the President. As soon as she does, the rest of our opponents will likely parrot those attacks.

Sulphate molecules, produced when sulphur dioxide is oxidised in the atmosphere, have a cooling effect on the climate as they reflect heat but, while their direct effects are included in climate models, their indirect effects in combination with methane and other gases are not.
    
    Methane and carbon monoxide reduce levels of sulphate aerosols, because they use up oxidants such as hydroxyl in the atmosphere. Fewer oxidant molecules are thus available to oxidise sulphur dioxide to produce sulphate.
    
    All that "low sulfur" fuel we pay extra to refine and produce is actually hurting the effort to combat global warming, by reducing available sulfur dioxides for sulphate reaction.
    
    I ask you, is there anywhere else on the planet other than the USA where there are brain surgeon politicians who allow you to pay extra for the privilege of "harming" the planet and being a pawn of the Dark Lord of Global Warming all in one shot? I think not.

    Victoria, Texas (Population 55,000) is a town about 80 miles west of Houston. It apprears the Mexican's planned to hurt the economy of this Texas town and it back fired on them. Business leaders actually saw some very beneficial results. 
    
    Local Hispanic leaders there, in opposition to impending immigration legislation, boycotted all Caucasian owned businesses in the Victoria area as a demonstration of their economic impact on the community. The boycott was declared a success by the Hispanic community, noting that revenue in Caucasian owned businesses was down by 19%.
    
    Business owners declared the boycott a success as well, pointing out that shoplifting was reduced by 77%, money orders sent out of the country were down by 97%, and the cost of daily clean-up and trash collection was down by 84%.     Another new study out today talking about changes in when you should start getting a pap smear and how often.  The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists now says women in their 20's can have a pap smear every two years instead of annually to catch slow-growing cervical cancer.

    The change comes days after another debate on when women should start getting mammograms.  A new study says women should start mammograms when they turn 50.. not 40.

    And, of course, the two recommendations come at a time of intense debate over health-care reform.

    So what say you about all this?  Is there a connection between the studies and the health care debate? 

    And will you change the way you are screened for breast and cervical cancer based on these new studies?

    In the news lately have been illegal immigration rates, a raid on guitar maker Gibson's plant, and the never ending saga of the Delta Smelt.

    "According to news reports, illegal immigration arrests are down 50% under directive of the Obama administration.

    The figures show that Mr. Obama has made good on his pledge to shift enforcement away from going after illegal immigrant workers themselves - but at the expense of Americans' jobs, said Rep. Lamar Smith of Texas, the Republican who compiled the numbers from the Department of Homeland Security's U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency (ICE).

    Mr. Smith, the top Republican on the House Judiciary Committee, said a period of economic turmoil is the wrong time to be cutting enforcement and letting illegal immigrants take jobs that Americans otherwise would hold." -Washinton Times

    Meanwhile, the US Fish and Wildlife Service (not our fish or wildlife, but Madagascar and Brazil's) had time to serve warrants on Nashville based Gibson Guitars.

    "Agents of the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service made a midday appearance and served a search warrant on company officials at Gibson's Massman Drive manufacturing plant, where it makes acoustic and electric guitars.

    Gibson issued a statement saying it is "fully cooperating with agents of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service as it pertains to an issue with harvested wood." The company said it did nothing wrong." -The Tennessean

    And on the west coast, the Central Valley, a supplier of much of our produce is dry, unemployed (Fresno reports unemployment upwards of 50%) because the same agency is concerned about the Delta Smelt, an alledged "endangered" species of fish.

    Now, come on people, where is the sense in all of this? We have eased off border enforcement, that not only effects our national security, but also employment at a time the legal American citizens are looking for work, and not mention that these illegals are masters of freeloading off our tax dollars.

    Then we turn around and waste money trying bust a major Nashville business over suspicion of using rainforest trees. And even more upsetting, the Central Valley issue has been going on for some time, with pleas the Puppet in Chief to issue order to turn on the spiggot before all is lost in this once fertile growing region (to no avail). Did it ever occur to these government idiots to catch a few hundred of these fish and relocate them or put them in an aquarium?

    How stupid are we going to let things get? Just wondering!

    Later in the Interview after the Interviewer brings up the Duct Tape again and asks how many times Roy duct Taped her, she now says 2 times, she later states that he Duct Taped her 2 Times and both of those times we're in Key west.

     

    When she now changes her story too 2 times instead of 1 time, she is searching with her eyes looking around, she is different now.. The Interviewer doesn't even ask her about the Alledgeded "second" time of her being Duct Taped.

     

    Interviewers/Investigators are smart.. He is for Defense, he didn't want to ask more detail about alledged 2 time now.. Why? Becuase he knew she added it to her story?Becuase she was going to say he put it over her mouth now too?? We'll find out later.. I am sure of it..
    

     

    Also Key point is at 352.88

     

    In her Interview she states:she thought she saw him ( Roy) in Knoxville..

     

    Then her Mother said:Your "Imagining Things"

    The Senate voted today 59-39 to confirm a pro-abortion federal judge President Barack Obama appointed to become a new appeals court justice. David Hamilton, of Indiana, is the first pro-abortion judge Obama selected, but he was held up for months because of his extreme views.

    With less than 60 votes, the Senate could have defeated the nomination had lawmakers voted Tuesday to sustain the filibuster pro-life advocates launched against Hamilton.

    The vote saw all but one Republican, Indiana Sen. Dick Lugar, who is nominally pro-life, vote against Hamilton while all Democrats supported his nomination except two who were not present for the vote.

    However, the cloture vote saw no Democrats joining the 29 pro-life Republicans who supported it and a defection of some of the more liberal Republicans in the caucus.

    Americans United for Life president Charmaine Yoest said Hamilton should have been defeated because “judges should uphold Constitutional restrictions on abortion.”

    “As a District Court judge, Hamilton promoted his radical pro-abortion agenda. His promotion to the Seventh Circuit” is a “serious concern to the pro-life community,” she told LifeNews.com.

    Hamilton was tapped by Obama in March to fill a vacancy on the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

    As he promised he would do, pro-life Sen. Jeff Sessions of Alabama led the filibuster and said Hamilton should be opposed in part because of his pro-abortion views.

    Sessions noted how Hamilton kept an informed consent measure from being enforced in Indiana, thereby prohibiting women from getting information about abortion’s risks and alternatives so they can find positive alternatives.

    “And for seven years, through a series of rulings, Hamilton kept it form being enforced. This case is a blatant example of allowing personal views to frustrate the will of the people and the popularly elected representatives of the government of Indiana,” Sessions said. “This appeared to me to be obstructionism.”

    Sen. Jim DeMint, a pro-life senator from South Carolina, agreed.

    “Judge Hamilton is the definition of an activist judge and is clearly not qualified to sit on a court of appeals,” DeMint said during the debate. “Hamilton, who spent years working with the ACLU and ACORN, has used his position on the bench to drive his personal political agenda.”

    The pro-life group Susan B. Anthony List objected to Hamilton and said it worries about future Obama nominees.

    “If Judge David Hamilton is considered a blueprint for the next judge President Obama will nominate for the U.S. Supreme Court, America is in trouble,” Marjorie Dannenfelser, president of the organization, told LifeNews.com.
